Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in masonry construction projects.

• Inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and to ensure that specifications are met.-Train workers in construction methods, operation of equipment, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Delegate job tasks to appropriate labor crew members to assist in the completion of the project.The ideal candidate should possess : -Proven experience as a Labor Foreman or similar leadership role in masonry.
• Extensive knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and construction procedures.-Strong understanding of safety regulations and enforcement.
• Must possess a current driver's license or government photo ID.-Current drug-free card and OSHA 10- or 30-hour training certification.
• Scaffold Certifications preferred.-Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.-Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
